The hat below is handwoven using panama grasses from Ecuador, and the brim’s soft waving form gives gentle impression.

Event at VIORO Fukuoka

On July 1, the summer event will start at VIORO Fukuoka.
During the event, evam eva Fukuoka offers 20 sets of limited clothes. (15,750 yen per set)

charity event at ecute Tachikawa

We have prepared ‘the HAPPY BAG’ for the event, ‘ecute happy bazaar’ which will start at 24 June.

The 10,500 yen charity product is aimed to support the recovery from eastern Japan earthquake.
And these are on sale only for three days, 24 to 26 June. (Stocks are limited)


10% of the sales will be donated to ASINAGA supporting children affected by the Japan earthquake/Tsunami.
This donation would help them as the benefits for Tsunami orphans, the scholarships, and the mental treatment programs.

What can we do for the children with future, left in the disaster areas?

Now we have a wide range of blue clothing, from daily offering ‘blues’ to special ‘blues’ for this exhibition.

Especially, the ‘indigo blue’, dyed in Amami - oshima is the unique deep color with special dyestuffs. Each fabric is hand-dyed, and has different textures.

Cherries

We visited Shimizu farm whose cherries you can get at jiyugaoka ‘marche’ on June 11.

Lots of farms raising cherries are located in Shirane-machi, Yamanashi.
Many people visit the picking farms there in June, when cherries are in season.

A plastic green house covers tens of cherry blossoms.
Small trees are over four years old at least, and big ones are more than ten years old.
Thinking of the years trees have grown, we can feel the producers’ much love for it.

You can find the ‘Takasago’ cherries at jiyugaoka ‘marche’.
This kind has a good balanced sweetness and sourness, in addition, it tastes soft and very juicy.

Cherries are turning red with much sun, and now is the best season of the year.
We can enjoy the fresh seasonal fruits, especially in recent hot humid climate.
